The Swig Co. Hires New CEO
The Swig Co. has hired Jim Carbone to replace Ken Perry as CEO. Perry has served as president and CEO since 2014, and will retain his position on the board of directors. He will also serve as an adviser to Carbone during the transition, which is expected to be completed in September.
Carbone has about 40 years of experience in real estate and served as CEO and director of RREEF Property Trust, the real estate division of Deutsche Bank, since 2012. He spent 23 years in various roles at RREEF, including head of global business development. RREEF is a real estate adviser founded in San Francisco in 1975 that was acquired by Deutsche Bank in 2002.
Perry has been with The Swig Co. since 1998, when he joined as director of asset management. He also served as chief investment officer.
