| Matt anticipates a Q1 start. The office complex, built in the ’60s, will be renovated to state-of-the-art, Class-A standards. Matt says 680 Folsom will boast large (nearly 35k SF) floorplates and tall ceilings—15' deck-to-deck. What’s more, it’s in the heart of SOMA. TMG’s adding the equivalent of three floors to the 12-story building, and when finished, it’ll be a 14-story building. (No wonder we flunked math.) But that’s not all—Zynga leased additional space in TMG’s650 Townsend for the social gaming company’s HQ. (Will it have enough space for FarmVille's sheep?) |
