The coasts are where retail opportunity is at, says LA’s Caruso Affiliated CEO Rick Caruso, who gave the keynote on Sunday at the National Retail Federation’s 2014 conference at Javits in NYC. He advises investors to sell Class-B or C but hold on to good real estate in good locations forever. San Francisco is a great example of an area that's exploding, he says.
