| At our Tech Real Estate event, GRS Group Title Services?Jeff Coyne reports seeing: a pickup in orders for due diligence (title, PCA's, Phase I, and seismic reports, etc.) across all asset classes; more deals from CMBS players; and new construction lending. Amazingly, he looks chipper, despite running all over the West Coast from Seattle to San Diego seeing new clients and dealing with a new son, Brady, who at five months isn't quite sleeping through the night. Note to his boss (and our friend), Dennis Vendetti: Let him sleep in! |
