Going for the Green
The players at Cumming Corp's first annual golf tournament at the Monarch Bay Golf Club in San Leandro included VP Steve Alva (third from the right) along with his foursome. The fundraiser brought together private and public owners, architects, brokers, and other development leaders, with a little rah-rah from Raiders cheerleaders (because the cheerleaders at PGA tourneys aren't as high-spirited). The event included a raffle and silent auction, raising some $4,200. Cumming, an international cost and project management firm, donated all proceeds to the UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital.
