Miller Starr Regalia: Property Law Leader
November 29, 2012
Miller Starr Regalia managing shareholder Tony Leones says that for a mid-sized law firm, its reputation is a lot larger than staff size suggests (although 40 lawyers serve as the authority in a wealth of CRE subjects). For over 50 years, MSR has not only maintained real property law but helped develop it. In fact, MSR has a 12-volume treatise on property law. Of course, this doesn't mean it is a firm of eggheads and academics. MSR gets down with all things real property, encompassing everything from land use and entitlements to finance and leasing issues. The beauty lies in the fact that a client can be serviced from initial planning and development to close. There is also a specialized litigation department to handle any disputes. In California alone, Tony is seeing an uptick of activity on the development side, as well as an increase in leasing work. For more info on our sponsor, click here. |
