| If you need someone who’s got all his ducks in a row, look no further than Land Advisors Organization’s Ryan Long. (He caught seven on the last day of the season.) He just closed the sale of Parlin Ranch in one of the biggest deals Woodland has seen in five years. |

| Parlin Ranch includes 615 “paper lots”—unimproved land with an approved tentative tract map. One West Bank had foreclosed on the property, Ryan told us yesterday. The 110-acre property previously traded at the height of the market in 2005 for close to $30M, and sold for 10 cents on the dollar. The buyer is San Francisco-based Village Properties VPI Inc. The other members of Land Advisors’ NorCal team were Jim Radler and RJ Radler. |
