Cornish & Carey Commercial Newmark Knight Frank was selected to lease the Foundry Wharf Business Park, the adaptive reuse of a former engine-works plant in downtown Petaluma. The five-building mixed-use complex totals 100k SF of office, industrial, and retail.Haden Ongaro, Mark Carrington, and Alisa Belew are handling leasing. The North Bay office campus offers an alternative to the increasingly tight SOMA district in San Francisco. According to Mark, Foundry Wharf boasts the neo-industrial “cool factor”— collaborative open floor plans and high, exposed ceilings—popular with tech companies. |
