ROEM HOMES FOR NON-MILLIONAIRES

| Contrary to conventional wisdom, not everyone in Silicon Valley is an IPO millionaire. ROEM Corp, in partnership with the City of Mountain View, broke ground on Franklin Street Family Apartments, a $23.4M, 51-unit affordable community. Designed by KTGY Group, the project (135 Franklin St) will consist of a three- and four-story C-shaped building in traditional Mediterranean colors and is aiming for LEED Gold. Financing includes 4% low-income housing tax credits along with support from City of Mountain View, Citi Community Capital, and AEGON Group. |
