Turns out, it's actually a slab being poured for the first independent living building at Stoneridge Creek, Continuing Life Communities’ new retirement community in Pleasanton. The project reminds us why seniors housing is hot. VP Troy Bourne says the community is more than 60% reserved, even with an additional 100 homes added to the first phase, including several new penthouse floor plans. Construction wraps in the second half of 2013. |
