GRS Group director Mark Halloran says the commercial real estate services company has built a true multi-national brand by blanketing the US with 11 offices and service coverage in all 50 states combined with global partners, particularly in Europe. Its robust technology system, called Gnet, can manage projects internationally, and its Global Services Connection system makes it easy for clients to use all GRS Group's services. This includes the pre-acquisition and pre-loan environmental and property condition assessments, along with zoning, survey, appraisal, title insurance, and closing. Mark says the business was started in the dark days of the recession, but now, in its fourth year, GRS Group is rapidly expanding its client base and is bullish on the commercial real estate economy.
