It used to be that students who wanted to learn about real estate had to sneak it in during other classes, such as:
"Professor, did anyone use the Great Depression as a time to install candles in LEED-EB tenements, making them more attractive once tenants returned?"
Or, "I agree that the pond in Thoreau's Walden is shimmering... but how much did he pay triple-net for that cabin he stayed in?"
