Splunk Leases 234k SF Building on Santana Row

Splunk Inc has leased a 234k SF under construction office building at 500 Santana Row in San Jose. The big-data analytics pioneer went public in 2012 and just snapped up a 213k SF building on Brannan Street in San Francisco last year. Santana Row is known for its upscale dining options, a variety of retail stores and a Tesla showroom. Splunk will pay $3.66 per square foot per month over the course of the 10-plus-year lease. The company has 1,400 employees and recently reported revenue guidance in the range of $628M to $632M. [SFBT]
