2.9M SF Warehouse/Distribution Complex Headed To Napa County
A 2.9M SF warehouse is coming to American Canyon. DivcoWest and Orchard Partners just completed the first phase of Napa Logistics Park on 218 acres next to Highway 29. The first phase created a 646k SF cross-deck facility now available for sale or lease.
Colliers International EVP Greig Lagomarsino and Cushman & Wakefield executive managing director Brooks Peder and senior managing director and national practice leader Benjamin Conwell rep the landlords.
The building features direct rail services to the Union Pacific Railroad, 32-foot clear heights and 50-foot by 54-foot column spacing. The warehouse has 150 dock-high doors, which are convertible to rail loading, and four to eight grade level doors and 86 stalls. The site can also accommodate 575 cars.
The building, designed by Ware Malcomb, uses Type IIIB construction and concrete tilt-up walls. The main entrance has a custom-designed glass-and-steel canopy. Oltmans Construction was the general contractor for Phase 1.
Napa Logistics Park’s master plan includes five buildings of warehouse and distribution space. The project is 34 miles from the Port of Oakland and close to Highway 29 with access to I-80 and Highways 12 and 37.
