Pool's Out For Summer
The 11-story Skyline condos in San Jose threw a pool party April 5 to kick off construction on a new pool with amenity area. Since getting sales underway earlier this year, they’ve closed already on half of the first release of homes.
The 115-unit high-rise boasts views, easy access to the adjacent VTA light rail, and is attracting residents who work in both Silicon Valley and S.F. Skyline’s price points start in the $300ks. The median price in Silicon Valley reached $527k during the three-month period ending Feb. 28—a 19.8% increase from the prior year, according to a recent Polaris Pacific condo sales report.
