Another Multifamily Tower Proposed In San Francisco's Hub
San Francisco’s Hub District may soon get another residential tower. City College of San Francisco plans to build a 23-story, 250-foot building with 433 residential units at 33 Gough St., SocketSite reports. The tower would include 5,600 SF of ground-floor retail and a garage for 234 cars and 184 bikes.
The 64K SF City College site is zoned to build up to 85 feet high, but will likely get rezoned under the Hub District Plan. This district lies within the Market and Octavia Plan and spans Market Street and South Van Ness. Build Inc.’s 40-story residential tower at One Oak St. within this area also is moving through the planning stages.
