The massive project will include 155 senior assisted-living units; 200 age-restricted condos (for buyers 55 years and up); 66 affordable units; and 32k SF of retail. Located between Shell and Foster City boulevards at Civic Center Drive, the downtown project is set to deliver in 2016 and also is being developed by Lennar.
