Lumina and Audi Luxury Carsharing Program Marks a West Coast First
Proving that luxury living also extends to carsharing, Tishman Speyer and Audi have partnered on offering residents at Lumina the Audi at home service, making it the first residential community on the West Coast to do so.
Adding Audi at home gives residents access to a unique service that helps make Lumina one of San Francisco's premier luxury residences, says Carl Shannon, senior managing director of Tishman Speyer. In addition to Lumina in San Francisco, Audi simultaneously launched the Audi at home program at the Four Seasons Residences in Miami.
The program, which started in November, makes Audi models such as the S5 Cabriolet and SQ5 available for residents to book online. Lumina shared this photo with us of Lumina sales manager Hugh O'Donnell and sales associate Wendy Lester checking out one of the Audi fleet.
Lumina, the 656-condominium high-rise, first started moving in residents in September. The tower, located at Main and Folsom streets already boasts amenities, such as a bi-level club lounge, private dining room with chef's demonstration kitchen and indoor screening room with theater-style seating. The fitness center includes a climbing wall and private exercise studios.
Residents can arrange for their Audi through Lumina's concierge and the Audi at home mobile website. The vehicles are then valet-delivered and residents return the cars to the valet at the end of their reservation, which can be for a few hours or up to seven days.
