Maximus Real Estate Partners has put 17 penthouses at The Harrison on the market. The penthouses, dubbed Signature Collection, span the top six floors of the 49-story condo tower at 401 Harrison St. in San Francisco’s South of Market neighborhood. The penthouses are worth over $60M.
The Signature Collection offers five three-bedroom plus den and half-floor penthouses and 12 two-bedroom plus den corner penthouses. Penthouses feature floor-to-ceiling windows, diagonal-planked Siberian oak floors, Bertazzoni appliances, Sub-Zero fixtures, Waterworks unlacquered brass fixtures, herringbone tile bathroom floors, Studio Becker Ash Molina cabinetry, custom Mechoshade window treatments and open-air balconies.
Building amenities include a private 49th-floor penthouse lounge and speakeasy called Uncle Harry’s, a grand entry salon, a pantry valet, a fitness center, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a dedicated concierge Luxury Attaché.
Prices start at $3M for a two-bedroom plus den penthouse and go up to $8.8M for a three-bedroom plus den penthouse.
