Trumark Urban's Dogpatch Condo Project Nears Completion
Trumark Urban plans to finish Knox, a condominium community in San Francisco's Dogpatch neighborhood, by year’s end. The Knox offers 91 one-, two- and three-bedroom condos and a small retail space near the lobby. Sales will begin early 2017.
The project, at 1300 22nd St, is designed by BDE Architecture and combines organic and high design with an industrial edge. Homes will include cutting-edge lighting, Bosch appliances, hardwood flooring in common areas and Nest thermostats.
The project features sidewalk lighting, locally commissioned public art by Buka Design owner Joel Pratt and landscaping. Amenities include a fitness center, a media room, a green roof, a butterfly habitat, and a central patio with barbecues, fire pits, an outdoor movie screen and a water feature. In addition to on-site and car-sharing parking, there will be bike storage and a bike repair shop.
The development is near the 22nd Street Caltrain station and Muni and is close to shops, galleries and restaurants as well as creative businesses in rehabbed warehouses.
