Wood Partners Adds San Francisco Housing Project To Bay Area Portfolio
Wood Partners has closed its acquisition of 1301 16th St. in San Francisco, where it will build a 172-unit mixed-use building within the Potrero Hill district. Over 40% of the units in Alta Potrero Hill will consist of family-sized units of two bedrooms or more with an average size of 800 SF, and 29 units will be below market rate.
The seven-story building will include an 8K SF rooftop deck, parking for 65% of residents and bicycle parking for each unit. Alta Potrero Hill also will have about 6,700 SF of ground-floor retail and production, distribution and repair space for artisans and craftsmen. This is Wood Partners' second project in San Francisco and its sixth project in the Bay Area.
