Bristol-Myers Squibb Leases Up All Of BioMed's Woodside Technology Park
Healthcare giant Bristol-Myers Squibb has leased 62k SF of new space at BioMed Realty's Woodside Technology Park campus in Redwood City. With the new lease, Bristol-Myers Squibb will lease the entire Woodside Technology Park property, adding a third building to the existing 194k SF the company leased there previously. Leases on the entire 256k SF will extend through March 2027.
BioMed VP and San Francisco market lead Scott Atlick is enthusiastic about hosting the healthcare giant as it undertakes cancer research. The relationship between the two companies began in 2013 when Bristol-Myers Squibb leased its first building at the Woodside Technology Park campus.
