Bishop Ranch Adds 7 More Office Tenants
Sunset Development Co. has secured 105K SF in new leases at its Bishop Ranch office complex in San Ramon. The seven new leases were signed by technology, financial and consulting firms.
ARC Document Solutions, a provider of specialized document solutions to businesses of all types, signed a lease for about 23K SF. Worldwide Technology signed a lease for about 19K SF. Golden State Overnight, a priority overnight delivery services company, will occupy nearly 17K SF. Accounting and consulting firm Armanino expanded its lease by 15K SF, and Surplus Lines Insurance leased 14K SF. Paychex leased over 10K SF, while PSCU, a credit union service organization, leased over 7K SF at 2600 Bishop Ranch.
Bishop Ranch houses more than 30,000 employees at over 600 companies across over 30 industries. Tenants include AT&T, Chevron, General Electric, IBM, Rodan + Fields, PG&E, GE Digital, Robert Half, SAP, BlackBerry, Bank of the West, Toyota and Berkshire Hathaway. Tenants occupy 150 SF to over 1M SF.
Amenities include transportation programs, professional seminars and networking opportunities, a tenant event program, health and wellness activities, gourmet food trucks and weekly farmers markets. The Roundhouse Market and Conference Center offers 50K SF of meeting and conference rooms, a fitness center, lakeside dining, electric Duffy boat rides and special events. The campus includes a K-8 school and child care and early education.
The nearby under-construction City Center Bishop Ranch, designed by Renzo Piano, will feature dining, retail and a luxury movie theater. The developer broke ground on this project in May.
