Equity Office Hires Alan Walker To Oversee Properties In Northern California, Pacific Northwest

Equity Office appointed Alan Walker as senior vice president and portfolio director responsible for the Northern California and Pacific Northwest markets. Walker will be in charge of the strategic direction and value creation efforts in the region, which includes 5M SF of existing office properties. He will oversee various signature properties, such as The Ferry Building and Market Center in San Francisco, and facilitate growth and expansion of the company within these markets.
Walker previously worked at Swift Real Estate Partners, where he focused on acquisition, asset management, capital markets and firm leadership. He also worked at The John Buck Co., Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and Brown University.
