Jackson Square Office Getting Creative Makeover
The 60k SF building at 1000 Sansome in Jackson Square is going to get redeveloped, with plans calling for Class-A upgrade of the brick-and-timber property. HFF just arranged a $14.6M loan on behalf of ATC Partners. The non-recourse, floating-rate loan was done via a regional bank. Built more than 100 years ago, the building will be turned into a modern creative office property, complete with a steel seismic upgrade, two-story lobby of channel glass, new skylights, restroom upgrades and new amenities, including bike racks and an on-site fitness center with showers. HFF senior managing director Paul Brindley and associate directors Jeff Sause and Brandon Roth worked on the deal.
