Allen Matkins Hires New Corporate Partner

Real estate and business law firm Allen Matkins announced last week Benjamin D. Fackler has joined its San Francisco office as corporate partner.
Ben will be head of the firm's San Francisco M&A practice within its corporate and finance department. He will advise clients on complex transactions and matters affecting corporate governance and strategy.
Ben's hands-on experience in mergers and acquisitions, along with his work as an investment banker and investor, give him capabilities and knowledge that is critical for clients, says Allen Matkins managing partner David L. Osias.
