Oakland Raiders Inclusion in Carson Deal Could Keep Football Out of LA for 2016

It's possible the NFL may not allow any teams to move to the new Carson stadium in SoCal next year due to concerns about the Oakland Raiders.
Many NFL owners have reservations about including the Raiders in plans for sharing the stadium with the San Diego Chargers. The owners say a move would be significantly more likely if the Chargers were moving by themselves or with the Rams, according to CBS.
Some of the concerns stem from the Raiders' history of bouncing between Los Angeles and Oakland, which resulted in controversy and a lawsuit against the league. Other owners worry that it would be difficult to build a two-team market in Los Angeles. [CBS]
