Remembering Colliers International's Karen Hoke
The local real estate community is in mourning over the untimely death of senior retail broker Karen Hoke, SVP at Colliers International who built a national reputation representing some of the world’s largest luxury retailers, developers, property owners, restaurateurs, and most-recognized merchants in S.F. and New York. She died after a brief illness, officials of the brokerage firm have announced. She was 57. Some of her high-profile tenant transactions involved a three-level lounge for Nespresso; Graff Diamond’s first California store on Post Street; and a high-profile ground-floor location on Maiden Lane for Christian Louboutin. A memorial service will be held on Oct. 15 from 3:30 to 7pm at the Park Grill in the Le Meridien.
