SRS: Retail Strong

SRS Real Estate Partners managing principal Matt Alexander assures us that, despite the media frenzy, retail is not down and out. People still want to touch products while talking face-to-face. In fact, Matt tells us many people shop online but still go to the store to purchase. That's one of many reasons why the Bay Area retail market remains strong, and why SRS, exclusively dedicated to retail leasing and sales, has 22 offices nationwide (four in California). Locally, one of the big news projects is Market Street Place, a 250k SF retail project that'll deliver in 2015.
