Want to own a Target just blocks away from Tim Cook and the Apple crew? Now you can. The Cupertino Target along Stevens Creek Boulevard just hit the sales block, with CBRE marketing the 129k SF store leased to Target. It's a rare offering—and not just because it's less than half a mile from Apple's HQ in a submarket with virtually no office vacancy. Target owns 86% of its real estate, according to their annual report. Sales are reportedly 50% above the average Target store (maybe because Apple geeks line up for video game releases?). And rent is significantly below current market rates.
