Concord Shopping Center Changes Hands
Shops at Todos Santos in Concord is under new ownership. A private family just sold the property to San Francisco-based Long Market Property Partners and Paragon Commercial Group.
“This property has always been one of the main community-gathering areas in the city and we will be investing additional capital to ensure it remains a long-term point of pride for the city and the community,” Paragon Commercial Group director of investments for Northern California Patrick McGaughey says.
The 40k SF retail center on 2.15 acres is 100% occupied with 15 tenants, including Peet’s Coffee, The Old Spaghetti Factory, CREAM Inc, Capriotti’s, Bollinger Nail Salon, Naan ’n’ Curry, Half Price Books and Chevron Corp.
The shopping center is bordered by Mount Diablo Street, Willow Pass Road and Galindo and Salvio streets and directly fronts Todos Santos Plaza. It is also two blocks from Concord BART.
Newmark Cornish & Carey arranged the sale. Newmark Cornish & Carey senior managing director Forrest Gherlone handled the disposition along with senior managing director Mike Zylstra, VP Keith Marr and associate Zachary LeBeouf.
