Three Northern California shopping centers recently changed hands in sales worth more than $72M. Cushman & Wakefield Executive Managing Directors Dan Wald and Don LeBuhn advised the sales of these centers.
Codding Enterprises sold its Raley’s Towne Center in Rohnert Park to Argonaut Investments. This grocery-anchored shopping center is about 141K SF. SyWest Development sold its 42K SF Pinole Ridge Shopping Center to Victory Village 2004. A public real estate investment trust sold the grocery-anchored 121K SF River Park Crossings in Fresno to Hastings Ranch Shopping Center, which was repped by Highland Partners.
