Two Retailers Headed To San Francisco's Mission Bay
CIM Group’s One Mission Bay in San Francisco will soon have two retailers occupying its ground-floor commercial space. Wine Merchant and LagreeFit 415 have signed leases for space in the 350-unit condo community, which now has 65% of units under contract. Wine Merchant will take up 3,600 SF and provide wine and craft beer and spirits for sale as well as a wine and artisanal cheese bar. LagreeFit 415 is a membership-based fitness center that will occupy 1,700 SF.
One Mission Bay includes a 16-story high-rise with 198 condos and a six-story mid-rise with 152 condos connected by a landscaped courtyard. One Mission Bay is on about two acres at 1000 Channel St. between Third and Fourth streets. Residences range from studios to three-bedrooms with a den. The community is adjacent to AT&T Park and eight blocks from the future Chase Center.
