Signature: Sustainably farmed freshwater species, such as oysters, clams and mussels.
Also Known For: The Steelhead Diner, for smart-casual in the Pike Place Market.
Restaurant: Assaggio Ristorante

Signature: Simply Italian
Also Known For: The self-taught chef, Mauro Golmarvi. “My stove and my oven are my masters: they teach me everything; they are like my gods."
Restaurant: Metropolitan Grill
Address: 820 2nd Ave
Signature: Steak. The classics: filet mignon, New York peppercorn steak, Delmonico, porterhouse and Chateaubriand carved tableside.
Also Known For: Its 60-foot black marble bar.
Restaurant: Tilth
Address: 1411 N 45th St
Signature: New American cuisine sourced as locally as possible (the name itself means "cultivation of land; tillage") by lauded chef Maria Hines.
Also Known For: Duck burgers.
Restaurant: Not a single place, but the events held by real estate and other associations on a regular basis (pictured: a CREW Seattle & Sound luncheon).

Signature: The food may or may not be stellar, but at the breakfast and luncheon meetings of CREW, ULI, NAIOP, Seattle C of C, and Seattle CityClub, the networking is going to be terrific.
