| ...or Why It Pays to Read Bisnow. Two weeks ago we asked you where we took our picture of "Seattle's front porch." We were overwhelmed with responses and congratulate all who said the Four Seasons hotel, which, according to Red Propeller's Alison Jeffries, not only boasts great views but also a very worthy happy hour. Allison had it correct, along with: The Roseview Group's Joshua Anderson, CBRE's James Bach and Bryan Hester, WCM Advisors's Mel Morgan, Property Income Advisors's Scott Sweeney, Norris, Beggs and Simpson's Jeff Henderson, Cairncross & Hempelmann's Marcy Salo and Nancy Rogers, Paladino's Murray Greenwood, Newmark Capital Realty's Dan Lowen and Tracy O'Day, Chris Bajuk and David McGinnis.
