Bellevue MOB Leases

Another kind of Bellevue office property MOB is in demand as well. Overlake Hospital Medical Center inked a lease for two full floors (50k SF) of the 190k SF Overlake Medical Pavilion recently. Overlake Hospital VP of professional services Sam Baxter tells us the property had the right mix of access to hospital services and medical specialists, IT connectivity, and patient convenience.
