Bravern New World

| Bellevue's Shops at the Bravern, the high-end mall that includes the Northwest's only Neiman Marcus store (and the only Jimmy Choo we know of north of LA... and believe us, we know), sold last week for $79M to New York-based Ashkenazy Acquisition. The Bravern was developed by Schnitzer West, who will remain as property manager. With the sale of the Bravern, Schnitzer continues to clear its portfolio —the company previously sold the Bravern's Microsoft office towers, though it has retained the mall's two residential condo towers. Meanwhile, The Bravern is the first Pacific Northwest purchase for Ashkenazy, which is no stranger to high-class shopping— among other things, it owns housing Barney's New York on Madison Avenue. |
