Cleaning Up the Mess in Olympia

| Western Construction Group's Doug Phillips, whose firm specializes in the exterior restoration of commercial structures, just got done cleaning the capitol dome in Olympia (though obviously not all by himself). How was it, cleanliness-wise? "Pretty bad," Doug tells us. "They try to clean it every four years, but I think it's been eight years due to the recession." |
