Elan Breaks Ground in Redmond

| Downtown Seattle isn't the only place getting new apartments—last week Resmark broke ground on a new Class-A mixed-use apartment project in Redmond, part of the hip new spate of developments that have shot up there. (Hey, if there's a Trader Joe's nearby, it's hip. If there's a yoga studio planned for part of the ground floor retail, it's doubly so.) The project, a JV with Greystar, is scheduled for delivery next year. |
