Harbor Urban's Kavela Tops Out

| Party of the week: Kavela's topping out fete last Thursday (everyone heard there would be wings). Above are Harbor Urban managing director Jim Atkins and Kavela development manager Amy Hoffman, who donned hard hats for the on-site lunch and celebration of the transit-oriented development at 65th and Roosevelt, across the street from the future North Link light rail station. Kavela is Harbor Urban's second TOD project in development right now; Nova in West Seattle started pre-leasing next week, and the first tenants moved in at GreenHouse in Columbia City last month. Kavela itself is slated to start pre-leasing in November, Jim tells us. |
