Kilroy Makes a Double Killing

| Before Bisnow?s Tech Event at the SAM in April, Kilroy Realty SVP Mike Shields (snapped at the event) told us the company was very interested in expanding its portfolio on both sides of Lake Washington. (Then it could have a floating office boat to go between its portfolio properties.) Kilroy certainly lived up to that earlier this week, when it announced it was buying Bellevue?s Skyline Tower and three Fremont office buildings for $330M. The 420k SF Fremont office campus on North 34th Street is 100% leased to tech tenants including Adobe. Skyline Tower, a $186M buy that will close later this year, is 92% leased. |
