| The question was posed by Cairncross & Hempelmann's Sandip Soli to all-star panelists Matthew Gardner, Tim Overland, Greg Smith, Billy Pettit, and Scott Koppelman at Bisnow's Future of Downtown event last week. Tim was in favor of the Denny Triangle, where Amazon plans to put three 1M SF office towers (and that may just be for starters). "Then you add the fact that it's got a ton of zoning and a lot of underutilized land; we'll see that area near Aspira really get filled in," he said. "Now we're getting competitive," joked Greg, whose interests lie in SoDo. "And where's your project?" Sandip asked Tim innocently, while Matthew chimed in, "And when's the last time you met with Al Clise?"
