No wonder Aspira, Habor Urban's 37 story urban apartment building, has been fully leased for retail and has tenants for nearly all of its 325 units. |

| The LMN-designed property was developed by Keller CMS, Terry Avenue Partners, Real Estate Capital Partners and Harbor Urban. The structure was also the first in Seattle to receive a 4-star Built Green rating for high-rises. |

| Speaking of Harbor Urban, here are Heartland Capital Advisors'Kevin Cook and Doug Heartland, whom we snapped a couple weeks ago at the Bisnow Tech Event at SAM. One of their latest projects was consulting on Harbor Properties' merger with LA-based Urban Partners, which formed Harbor Urban. "It was a good thing," Doug tells us. |
