South Lake Union Success Story
May 8, 2012
Right, like there have been many South Lake Union failures in the age of Amazon. Who doesn't want to work in SLU? Who doesn't want to live near work? And who doesn't want to have a business in a place where everyone wants to live and work? No wonder Aspira, Habor Urban's 37 story urban apartment building, has been fully leased for retail and has tenants for nearly all of its 325 units. |
The LMN-designed property was developed by Keller CMS, Terry Avenue Partners, Real Estate Capital Partners and Harbor Urban. The structure was also the first in Seattle to receive a 4-star Built Green rating for high-rises. |
Speaking of Harbor Urban, here are Heartland Capital Advisors'Kevin Cook and Doug Heartland, whom we snapped a couple weeks ago at the Bisnow Tech Event at SAM. One of their latest projects was consulting on Harbor Properties' merger with LA-based Urban Partners, which formed Harbor Urban. "It was a good thing," Doug tells us. |
