The P.A. Pickup
November 20, 2012
We've been told that Port Angeles, gateway to Victoria (and, thanks to Twilight, equally famous Forks), traditionally lags behind Seattle by about six months. And sure enough, there's evidence that things are picking up in P.A. |
We chatted with Coldwell Banker Uptown Realty's Dan Gase and Dick Pilling, snapped at the Seattle Yacht Club, about their newfound Port Angeles commercial group, which includes colleagues Pili Meyer and Marc and Pat Thomsen. Dick says the five of them bring different strengths to the table: Dan is a former VP at First Federal Bank, and Dick is terrific if you need advice about vacays in Victoria (trust us). |
One thing up for grabs in P.A. is the commercially zoned Oak Street Property, which Dan personally feels is "a condo project with some retail" or an apartment building. The city has also been completely Wi-Fi'd, which, last time we checked, actually puts it ahead of Seattle. |
