Zillow Thirsting for RentJuice

| Trust online real estate info giant Zillow to know when it's a buyer's market: yesterday, the company announced it's buying San Fran-based rental software giant RentJuice for a cool $40M in cash. With its landlord-friendly software, RentJuice will catapult Zillow?s existing rentals marketplace forward by ?years,? a spokeswoman told us. Zillow's been on a bit of a shopping spree lately: the company just picked up Postlets, and online real estate listing and distribution software company, as well as Diverse Solutions, which helps brokers spruce their websites. |
