Bosa Development Acquires Parcel In Downtown Bellevue
Bosa Development recently acquired an 18K SF parcel at 205 105th Ave. NE from JH Choi LLC for $11M. The site formerly housed Sushi Maru, a Japanese restaurant owned by Paul Choi. It is directly across the street from Bosa’s under-construction One88 condominium. The condos will be complete in the spring of 2020.
Colliers International Senior Vice President Mark C. Anderson represented the seller and procured the buyer. Sushi Maru restaurant has already ceased operations. Bosa has not disclosed plans for the site.
“Bellevue has become one of the hottest markets in the country for all kinds of real estate sales,” Anderson said in a statement. “Three years ago I sold the Sushi Maru site for $7M, making today’s $11M a testament to the increasing value of property and expectations for value enhancement in this growth market.”
Anderson has completed 10 transactions with both Bosa and Paul Choi, including the One88 site for Bosa.
