Bridge Partners Continues Seattle Expansion With Four New Partnerships
Bridge Development Partners recently leased more than 207K SF to four tenants at three of its developments.
Reflexxion Automotive Products, which specializes in after-market auto parts, signed a lease for 33K SF at Bridge Point Lacey. A&E Relocation Services signed a lease at the Lacey location, for 45K SF.
In Sumner, Palmer Johnson Power Systems, a machine and equipment distribution company, will lease a 32K SF space at Bridge Point Sumner. Spicers Paper, an independent regional paper company, signed a long-term lease at Bridge Point Kent for a 98K SF space.
Andrew Hurwitz, who was recently promoted to senior director, was instrumental in securing all of these leases, the company said.
In 2019, Bridge had over 2M SF of Class-A industrial product under construction, with 3M SF of future development in the pipeline in Seattle and Portland.
The company has been in an expansion mode: a year ago, it purchased the Kent and Sumner properties with the intention of delivering the buildings by the first quarter of 2020.
