Rob Warnaca Named GenCap President
GenCap Construction Corp. recently named Rob Warnaca president. Warnaca is a 25-year veteran of the industry. He most recently served as director at Seattle-based M.A. Mortensen Co., where he was responsible for $450M in annual projects, as well as serving as chief estimator and construction executive on several large projects.
“Rob’s unique blend of leadership experience, ability to grow a vibrant construction business and long-term track record of success is unmatched,” GenCap CEO and Mainstreet Property Group LLC President Kelly Price said in a statement. “As an experienced construction veteran with a great deal of success and industry recognition under his belt, we’re incredibly excited Rob chose to join our amazing team.”
Kirkland-based GenCap Construction specializes in large-scale mixed-use, multifamily and retail developments and tenant improvements throughout the Puget Sound. Recent projects include the LINQ Lofts + Flats, the Spencer 68 and Kenmore Parklet in Kenmore, as well as The Junction and Social Grounds in Bothell. GenCap is part of the MainStreet Property Group.
