To get in the mood for the amazing gathering of Seattle's most famous chefs and restaurateurs we're hosting on March 19 at The Triple Door, we sidled up to the counter at Tom Douglas' hugely popular new restaurant, TanakaSan at Via6, and had some great ramen and hamachi. Tom will join food celebs Matt Dillon, Renee Erickson, Thierry Rautureau, Ethan Stowell, and Rick Yoder, as well as developers Matt Griffin and Patrick Foley, and restaurant broker Laura Miller to talk about the latest restaurant and real estate trends and opportunities.
