Bosa Plans Condos For Downtown Bellevue
Bosa Development is planning a new 21-story residential tower in Downtown Bellevue on a 1.2-acre site at Bellevue Way and Northeast Second Street, the current location of a Robbins Brothers jewelry store and two restaurants. The existing buildings on the site would be demolished to make way for the tower, which will be designed by the Vancouver BC firm Amanat Architect.
Bosa bought the Bellevue site for nearly $23M in September and hopes to start the project by December, though this is subject to change, the Puget Sound Business Journal reports. The Canadian condo developer is close to completion on the two-tower Insignia project in downtown Seattle.
